Coconut mocktail

Here at Home Cocktail Revolution, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a nice cocktail, even if that "cocktail" doesn't have any booze. We have several friends who don't drink alcohol and we think they should have delicious, creative drinks just like everyone else.

The ReJigger works equally well for making non alcoholic mocktails. You can swap in a variety of juices or teas for the spirit and follow many of the same basic recipes. One particularly nice substitute is coconut water, which is becoming very popular these days. It has a light coconut flavor without being too sweet, and mixes well with many different ingredients.

Today, we'll make a coconut water daiquiri. Simply pour the coconut water in the main compartment of the ReJigger instead of rum. Then add your lime juice and simple syrup to the other 2 compartments. Shake it with ice and strain into a chilled glass. I'm drinking one right now and it's just as refreshing as the real thing!
