Grilled Lemonade October 22 2013
A fun twist on a Gold Rush is perfect to serve at your next BBQ.
- Rosemary Honey Syrup
- Grilled Lemon Juice
Grilled lemon juice: Cut lemons in half, dip them in sugar and grill cut side down until caramelized. Juice the lemons when cool.
Rosemary honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan with 2 sprigs of rosemary. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool before use.
