ReJigger Pisco Sour

Pisco itself is a brandy distilled from grape wine, common in both Peru and Chile. Both countries also claim the pisco sour as their country’s national drink. For the Rejigger version, we followed the traditional Peruvian recipe, which calls for slightly spicier Peruvian pisco as well as a sprinkling of bitters on top.

  1. Simple Syrup
  2. Pisco Porton
  3. Lime Juice
  • 1 egg white, bitters to taste
Pour the contents of your Rejigger into a pint glass, and add one egg white along with some ice. Shake vigorously, until the egg white gets frothy, then strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Add one to three drops of bitters on top, if desired, then sip and enjoy.

The Cutie Crush

Crush up a couple of Cuties for this delicious rye cocktail!

  1. Conitreau
  2. Rye whiskey
  3. Lime juice
  • Muddled Cuties (clementine orange)
  • Spoonful of raspberry jam

Pour the Cointreau, rye and lime juice into the ReJigger.  Muddle one Cutie and add a spoonful of raspberry jam to a pint glass before filling it with ice.  Pour all your ingredients and shake until mixed and chilled.  Cheers!

Gordon's Cup

One of my favorite summer cocktails is the Gordon’s Cup, which is a variation on a Gimlet with muddled cucumbers. The cucumber adds a cooling freshness that really balances out the lime. Start by pouring out the ingredients for the Basic ReJiggered Gimlet.

  1. Simple syrup
  2. Gin
  3. Lime juice
  • Cucumber

Cut up a cucumber into small chunks and add 5-6 chunks of cucumber to the pint glass. Muddle the cucumbers with a muddler or wooden spoon until they are pretty well smashed. Add your ice and Gimlet ingredients to the glass and give it all a good shake. Strain it into a chilled glass and enjoy!

Agarwal Hurricane

A hurricane of flavors combine for one refreshing cocktail.

  1. Lime juice
  2. Rum
  3. Passion fruit and basil pomegranate syrup
To prepare the passion fruit and basil pomegranate syrup, combine equal parts passion fruit juice, pomegranate juice, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and let reduce by half before adding 2 sprigs of basil. Let simmer for 10 more minutes. Cool before staining and using.

    Strawberry Daiquiri

Nothing says summer like fresh strawberries in your cocktail.  This is an easy variation on a classic daiquiri.
    1. Simple Syrup
    2. Rum
    3. Lime Juice
    • Muddled Strawberries

Muddle 2-3 ripe strawberries in a pint glass before adding ice along with the rest of your ingredients.  Shake, strain, and enjoy!

    Margarita

The ReJiggered margarita is the perfect cocktail to pair with tacos.  If you like your cocktail a little sweeter, you can add a squirt of agave nectar.

    1. Cointreau
    2. Tequila
    3. Lime Juice

Pour, shake, and strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Mojito

    The Rejiggered Mojito.
    1. Mint infused simple syrup
    2. Rum
    3. Lime juice

Give it a good shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top it off with some sparkling water and enjoy! Learn more about creating your own infused syrups.
